Woodkid – The Golden Age

Woodkid has released his evocative tour de force “The Golden Age”. The visual experience takes form in an expansive short film, directed by Woodkid (real name Yoann Lemoine) himself, transcending both sight and sound in a nostalgic journey through childhood and lost innocence.

His music videos carry strong themes, rich story-telling and showcase vivid imagery; all of which combine with his grandiose orchestral movements to give his work a very intimate ambiance.

This rendition of “The Golden Age” heard in this video is a collaboration with well-known composer Max Richter.
